My returns say I owe money to the state of California. Is that a payment I can make over the phone or online? If by phone how do find the number and if by mail how do I find the voucher I've heard about?

If you would rather mail your payment, please mail the money order or check along with the Form FTB 3582 Payment Voucher https://www.ftb.ca.gov/forms/2016/16_3582.pdf. Make it payable to Franchise Tax Board, be sure to write your Social Security Number and tax year on your payment and mail to:
