MY PARENTS LIVE IN PA I GO TO COLLEGE IN VERMONT AND DID AN INTERNSHIP IN BOSTON FOR SIX MONTH I ONLY EARNED MONEY IN BOSTON DO I ONLY FILE STATE RETURN FOR BOSTON

I GO TO COLLEGE IN VERMONT I DID A 6 month INTERNSHIP IN MASSACHUSETTS BUT MY PARENTS LIVE IN Pennsylvania im being directed to pay pennsylvania state tax i only earned money in mass

As a nonresident, you still have to use an apportionment schedule to determine how much tax you owe in each state, but the interesting twist here is that you also pay tax on all of your income for the entire year to your resident state.
