My NY State Tax Bill

I have not received my bill yet and I check the website every day.

What tax bill are you looking for?  Did you complete a state tax return that shows that you owe tax to NY?  You were supposed to pay when you filed the tax return.  Why are you waiting for a bill?

I am waiting for a bill because I wanted to apply for a payment installment plan. I filed on 1/28/2019 and it was accepted.

Call NYS and ask them about it.
