My license and care registration is registration is in Rhode Island but I lived and worked in Florida all of 2024. Do I need to file a Rhode Island state taxes return?

No, if you were not a resident and had no income in Rhode Island, you don't have a filing obligation. Those items you mentioned are typically used to help prove residency, but if you have a home and job in Florida, you'll be able to prove you established domicile in Florida.

However, you should update your documents.  Florida law requires you to obtain a Florida license within 30 days of moving: New Resident – Welcome to Florida!
