MY it-196 FORM KEEPS GIVING MY AN ERROR ON LINE 8. MY FEDERAL LINE 6 DOES NOT CARRY OVER TO nEW yORK STATE it-196 LINE 8.

From your own site. When is somebody going to resolve the many issues with this message? Its looking like I will have to go to the other tax providers for this year. Sad after many years of using this service. The customer service aspect of just saying it is the states fault is unreal. Give us a real update, remove the wrong wording on the IT-196 message that tells the user to update the program, yet we are using web based service. Its un acceptable. Ive been waiting since 2/2 for this to be resolved. yet we are still told its a state issue. TT is going to loose customers to the other guys who can get our taxes done.
