Look carefully on the employer section of the W-2. There should be a box with a pulldown menu that says, "Address Type". By default, it is set to U.S. Address but you can use the pulldown to change it to Foreign Country. This will change the address boxes so that you can enter the Canadian address.
NOTE: This is implemented differently on the Online Product versus the CD/download product, so be flexible when looking for this.
