My divorce was final in CA with Spousal support of $30k per year. CA allows alimony as a deduction to income, however all of my income was in MN. Can I get a tax break?

If you are resident in MN and not filing a CA tax return, then no, there is no tax deduction for alimony paid for post-2018 divorces.

If you were filing a CA return with CA income then you could deduct alimony payments made from your CA income.
