Msg says "We need a little more info...", then just loops

When I am running the final analysis, the Federal checks out fine.  The State (California) issues message:

"We just need a little more info to finish your California taxes."

When I click the LET'S FINISH CA NOW button the programs just loops back to this same screen.

If you are using an online version of TurboTax, please try another browser, or try clearing cookies.  Here is a link that will give your more information on clearing cookies on major browsers.

I am running the desktop version.  I updated this evening.  I encountered this problem.  I re-ran the update and the problem persists.  I cannot file my taxes.  HELP!

Turbotax has abandoned this complaint.  Can someone please respond?
