Moved from MD to DC, forgot to notify employer for first 3 months of calendar year.

I moved to DC at the beginning of 2022. I paid MD state and Montgomery county local taxes (3.2%) from Jan 2022 through end of March 2022.   I updated and paid DC taxes after I notified my employer.  How will I file taxes this year?  It looks like I underpaid in DC because I forgot to change my tax withholdings to DC when I moved? What forms do I need to file to properly rectify the differences?

You will file a Part-Year Resident State Return for both Maryland and DC.

You'll need to adjust your W-2 income to properly reflect the wages you received while living in each state.

In the state interviews, you'll be presented with a Federal amount for wages, then asked for the MD or DC amount.  The amount may be filled in according to your W-2, but you can change the amount to correctly report income earned in that state.
