MO Property Tax Credit for Disabled veterans

I am a 70% disabled Veteran. On the MO Property Tax Credit page in Turbotax deluxe it list one of the reasons you may qualify is

"Disabled veterans

or

other 100% disabled persons who are a part-year or full year resident of Missouri"

Because of the "or" does the or mean I qualify at 70%.?

The reason I ask is that when I do this the MO-1040 form automatically checked the 100% disabled box.

You would qualify if you are unable to work because of the disability and it is expected to last more than one year.  The instructions say:

"If a veteran is less than 100 percent disabled, but is unable to engage in substantial gainful activity due to medical impairments resulting entirely from military service, and such medical impairment(s) can be expected to result in death or has lasted or can be expected to last continuously for at least twelve months, do not include veteran payments and benefits as household income on Form MO-PTC."

Your information was excellent. Once I entered all the information I did not qualify because of income. So I took off the 100% Disabled check box. Thank you again for the help
