MN Resident attending full time university in WI

I'm a MN resident attending University in WI full time (summer, fall, and spring) for the next 4 years, meaning that I have an apartment in WI but still consider MN my state of residence. This year in particular I worked in both MN and WI, how should I file my state taxes for WI as a nonresident or part year resident? In addition for next year when I only have income from WI and not MN, how would I file taxes then?

Thank you in advance!

Being away from your resident state for schooling is considered a temporary absence so it does not effect your residency. You will continue to file a MN Resident Return even when away for school. If you work in WI while attending school, you will file a WI Non-Resident Return. This applies for all year you are attending school.
