Michigan State Taxes won't e-file with CARES distribution

Waited forever for the IRS to finalize form 8915e to file and now turbotax won't let me efile it says there is an error on my MI taxes.  Says it will remove block when available, but its not telling me what is wrong or being block so I can file.  Any suggestions on how to get the efile to go through as it is holding up my Federal return as well?

There is no particular date for Michigan except that updates are being done as soon as possible. Michigan, unlike other states, is in conformity to the federal treatment for early distributions of pension/IRA funds due to the pandemic. The federal AGI is carrying correctly to MI-1040. The pension worksheet is being updated to match the portion of the distribution which is taxable.
