Massachusetts allows commuter Deduction. If I placed commuter expenses on schedule C, do I have to place them again under MA Commuter Deduction?

Yes, as the MA commuter deduction is limited to tolls paid via E-ZPass and the cost of weekly/monthly transit passes.
