Laid off from a company that was in MA, but work was partly remote. Do I have to pay MA tax on all of unemployment income or can it be allocated the same as salary gets allocated based on days worked in MA?

All MA unemployment is sourced to MA; it comes from the state of Massachusetts. All of your income is taxable to your resident state. And if you don't reside in MA, you need to file a non-resident return for MA and include your MA unemployment. How to file a nonresident return.
