Local Taxes In PA and OH?

I lived in PA half of the year, and then moved to OH. I work as a truck driver OTR (multiple states) and my company is based out of Iowa. Do I file a local tax return for each state?

It depends- which cities in PA and OH did you live in?

Yes. You file as a part year resident of both cities, just like you file as part year residents of both states.
