Lived in Georgia (state) for years until June 2022, moved overseas as a federal employee on orders. Am I a part-time or full-time GA resident for tax purposes?

The home was sold in June, and no family lives in Georgia.

If you are overseas temporarily, meaning you intend to return to Georgia when your assignment is done, then you may still be considered a full-time resident of Georgia. This would especially be true if you maintain your driver's license and voting registration in Gerorgia. Otherwise, you would be a part-time resident.
