Live in no state tax state (NV), but remote work for employer in TX

Hello,

I reside in NV, but remote work for my employer in Texas.  I am considered an independent contractor; my employer does not withhold and gives me a 1099-MISC form yearly.  I get paid by direct deposit to my bank in NV.  Do I need to file a Texas state return??

Thank you.

You do not have to file a Texas tax return - Texas does not have a state income tax.

Lol, I just realized Texas is also a no state income tax state!  Please disregard the question.
