Live and Work in Delaware, but on a military contract in Maryland

I live in and work full-time in Delaware. My actual employer is a contracting company located in Virginia. The contract itself is for Aberdeen Proving Grounds (military installation) in Maryland (but I literally never go there). Am I supposed to be paying taxes in Delaware or Maryland? I know the laws as they pertain living in one state and working in another, but I never stepped foot into Maryland for work.

You pay taxes in Delaware.  Maryland does not tax non-residents who never physically work within Maryland.
