It asks about my residence in Lake County. I have never had a residence in Lake County, so why does it ask?

That is a question that comes up for any property owner just in case you have a property that is located in Lake County, Indiana.

 

If you do not own a property in Lake county, simply choose No.  There is nothing else you need to do. 

 

If you do own a property in Lake county, choose Yes and enter the information needed for the Lake County residential income tax credit.
