Is this correct in July of 2024. When I am filing my State taxes for the new state I am living in it's pulling my full Federal Adjusted Gross Income for the entire year?

When filing my federal income tax for for the new state I moved to. Turbo tax is pulling the entire federal adjusted gross income instead of the 5 months I lived in the state. Is this correct or should it be a partial amount of my gross income?

It depends.  Most states use your federal Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) as the starting point for calculating state taxes.   For example, New York starts withe federal AGI and calculates New York tax based on the total federal AGI after some adjustments.  Actual New York tax is calculated as percentage of that total.  What you're seeing is probably correct, but I can't say for sure without knowing what state it is.

Thank you for answer. This would be for the state of Arizona.

Yes, Arizona uses the federal amounts and prepares the state return "as if" you were a full year resident, then applies the tax to the percentage of total income you made in Arizona.  @JMcnamara10
