TurboTax does not support tax year 2020.

If you filed a 2020 tax return and it was accepted by the state and you need to make changes to that return, then you would have to file a 2020 Amended state tax return.

@johnkevinspencer are you seeking a refund or do you believe you owe money? 

Most al  States (and the IRS) have a 3 year limitation on seeking a refund, so if you file to claim money it may be denied.  The window to claim the refund would have closed on May 15, 2024.   That is true whether you never filed or now seek to file an amendement.
