is there a worksheet to indicate what income needs to go on the non resident state tax return? (like proseries has?)

No there is not ... in the non resident state interview the federal amount is in column 1 and then you are asked to allocate the state amount in column 2. If you need more info then save or print a PDF of the federal return worksheets to refer to.

You have to manually allocate most income.  W-2 income will usually  be allocated by the state name abbreviations shown in box 15 of your W-2.  Some states have an allocation form that is submitted with the return. TurboTax will prepare this based on your entries.  Here's one example
