Is it possible to change my CA state residency status from resident to non-resident for 2021 using turbotax? I originally filed using turbotax.

Yes, you can amend your CA state income tax return to correct your state residency status, if you used TurboTax to file in 2021. Please see How do I amend my state tax return?
