Is anyone else seeing turbotax prepare a return for a reciprocal state arrangement? the guide says that it won't...but it did, so don't know why and what I should do. thx

If you indicated that you have income from another state, TurboTax will generate an income tax return. Working in a reciprocal state is "as if" you're working in your resident state.

 

In the Personal Info section of TurboTax, on the Did you make money in any other states? screen, select No.
