Ireceived email stating turbo tax made error on delaware 2022 return regarding unemployment income. Is this legitimate or phishing?

Please refer to the information in this link to help you determine if the email is valid or not.  Unless you recently filed a 2022 tax return, it would be odd to get an email.  The link does provide a way to report the email if it does look like a phishing attempt.
