Invalid county code for new jersey: no longer live in NJ, how do I put my residence in NJ state tax form?

I no longer live in NJ, and I am filing part-year. In the address section of the NJ state tax form, TurboTax auto-fills my current address (which seems correct). Form explicitly says municipal/county code is only required for residents. I am no longer a resident, so I leave it blank. That looks correct to me.

However, when I try to file/review, TurboTax keeps flagging that and insists I enter a municipal/county code. Should I be putting in my old NJ address and using that county code? Or the old county code with my new address, since TurboTax won't let me put in a different address...???

This is very confusing and none of the answers I have found so far actually answer the question.

Keep your current address in the address section, but enter the county/municipality code for the last place you lived in New Jersey before you moved out of the state.
