Hello I snail mailed returns last week. I have 2 pt jobs. Only one carried over to MI Sched W return. As to the other W2 which is incorrect & did not carry ober to MI, My employer accidentally listed KY on Box #15, $500 in Box 16, "0" in box 17. I caught their mistake on W4 and they said it was corrected, gave me back the money taken out incorrectly this summer, now I get W2 w this error.
Do I file KY non resident? Do I amend MI return adding back in the $500? Also amend Federal return? The total income of both jobs did carry over the total amt, just Michigan has only 1 job and not the $500 from remaining W2 thanks help!
