In question of "Did either of you make money in any other states?" Do Amazon online seller consider making money in other states

 I am Amazon FBA seller with registered business licenses in the states where have Amazon warehouse.  Does that mean I make money in other states even thought the actual money I received is from Amazon?

No it means if you physically did work in a state other than residence state you are in.
