In my tax forms the state that my taxes are due , the state itself is not an option. It goes from South Dakota to Texas… there is no Tennessee. This is a requirement.

Not sure which tax forms you are referring to.

 

Tennessee does not levy a state-level income tax on personal income.  

 

Individuals are not subject to income tax on earnings.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington and Wyoming
