In my local tax return, at line 24 there is $106. This $106 seems to randomly disappear. There is nothing to negate this amount on the form. Where did it go? (PA local)

Instead of the amount reappearing on line 29, line 30, or even on line 31, it just disappears. On page 2 of the PA-40, the only numbers that aren't zeroes are lines 12, 13, and 24. Did PA change something so that I can't get a tax return?
