If Unemployment Compensation for "Federal Income" $22,250 and $22,250 for "NY Source Portion", what is the "NY Portion" for Unemployment Exclusion (Federal is -$10,200) ?

Is the "NY Source Portion"  -$10,200 or $0 ?
