If the state has been garnishing my return every year. How can I find out how much more money I owe the state of California?

You need to contact the California Franchise Tax Board.

Call 1 (800) 852-5711 to reach customer service.

If you believe they have miscalculated your state tax debt, contact the California's Taxpayers' Advocate.
