If I made retirement income from MS and I am a TN resident, do I have to file a MS state return?

No. Per 4 U.S. Code § 114, no state may impose an income tax on any retirement income of an individual who is not a resident or domiciliary of such state (as determined under the laws of such state). Therefore, you do not have to file a Mississippi state return.
