If for most of 2019 I lived, worked, and studied in Georgia but I had a summer internship in Pennsylvania should I check yes I lived in another state for Turbo Tax?

No, normally the definition of a resident is someone who owns property or rents property, receives mail, has a drivers license, has voter registration, and otherwise show that this is their domicile.

 

This sounds like it was a summer job and you fully intended to return to Georgia after the internship was over. Since I doubt that you did most of those things that I listed for Pennsylvania, you were not a resident of Pennsylvania.

 

However, you may be liable to file a Pennsylvania return as a non-resident depending on the facts and circumstances.

Answer No to the question about having lived in another state, but Yes to the question about having had income from another state (assuming you had income in PA).

Then in TurboTax complete the non-resident PA return before you do your home state GA return.  You will then receive a credit on your GA return for the taxes you paid to PA.
