I work in Massachusetts & collect Social Security in RI. How do I apply it to the question "Non-Massachusetts Portion of Deductions"?

Massachusetts allows a deduction for Social Security and Medicare taxes paid.  If you only worked in Massachusetts, you can enter zero.  If you have any wages or W2 for work in other states, you could enter the Social Security/Medicare amounts to get a deduction.
