You will file a Louisiana resident return and a West Virginia nonresident return.  Texas has no state tax so you do not file a Texas return.

Louisiana, however, will tax all of your income because you are a Louisiana resident.  For the portion of income that was taxed by both West Virginia and Louisiana, Louisiana will allow you to claim a credit for the amount of tax you paid to WV on the same income.

So that this credit can be transferred onto your Louisiana return, prepare the West Virginia Nonresident return first, and then the Louisiana resident return.
