I was a WI resident all year and I worked in IL part of the year. Why is it showing that I owe IL taxes?

No - You will not owe any taxes in IL if you are a WI resident and you worked in IL for part of the year. WI and IL have a reciprocal agreement related to wage income. Just report all income (including your IL-sourced income on your WI resident state income tax return.

Just make sure to selected "no" to " Did you make money in any other states?" under the Personal Information section in TurboTax and then delete the IL state return under the state taxes tab.
