I’ve lived in Pa majority of my life, yet somehow I mistakenly put in the year of 2021(1year residency) ? Need assistance on how to fix?

Go back to My Info.  Edit your personal information.  Make sure you entered PA as your resident state and you selected did NOT live in any other states.  Plus if you did not make any money in any other states make sure that you indicated you did NOT.
