I used to live in FL and my Pension is received from FL. I now list in AR and the AR state tax is trying to charge me taxes on this. Is that right?

Yes, your pension is taxable. Florida has no state income tax and you were not taxed there. Once you move to a state that does tax pensions, it will be subject to the tax rate for that state.
