I spent 11 months living and working in TX during 2024. In the summer I spent 1 month in NC and paid NC taxes. How do I enter this information into desktop TurboTax?

I don't know how to show/enter data that I started the year in TX, then moved to NC for a month, and then finished the year back in TX

You are a non-resident of North Carolina.  If you were not a resident of North Carolina at any time during the tax year 2024 but you received income in 2024 from North Carolina sources, and your total gross income from all sources both inside and outside of North Carolina equals or exceeds the amount in the Filing Requirements Chart for your filing status, you must file a 2024 North Carolina individual income tax return.

File as a Texas resident that has out of state income from NC.   Use the instructions linked here to add the nonresident tax return to TurboTax.
