I should have one state return included. I did not save the info I entered and after a power cut Turbo tax is asking me to pay for the state. How do I get it back?

My Turbotax premier gives me one state return.  I started entering info but did not save it.  There was a power cut overnight.  When I start Turbotax again it is asking me to pay for the state.  How do I get it back?

Your best recourse would be to contact our Product Support and have them speak to you about a resolve. They should be able to help you reenact your state software.

I am not sure if you can recover any lost data if it was not previously not saved or lost due to a power outage but you can speak to them about the possibility.

Please get back to me and let me know if this does help.
