If there are Missouri state income taxes withheld on the W-2, generally, you will file a non-resident Missouri income tax return and file a resident Florida tax return, and credit the Missouri taxes to the Florida return.

Great, thanks. No withholding for state tax in box 17. It's blank.

Yes you need to file a Missouri return if you meet the filing requirement for a non resident ... even if there was no withholding on the W-2 ..... and FYI there is NO FL income tax return to file. http://dor.mo.gov/personal/nonresident/

Yes, Critter#2 is correct. You must file a return if you meet the requirements regardless of the withholding.
