I paid to have my states taxes (OK & MO) filed. My W2 was in the system so didn't have to enter it. Now I see the amounts of withholding on my returns don't match the W2.

I received a letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission stating instead of a refund of $738, I owe $666. I was told to send in my W-2s. I was making copies of them today and realized the amount of withholding on both my Oklahoma return and my Missouri return do not match my W-2s. I will now have to file amended returns for both states. Can I get a refund from Turbo Tax for what I paid for them to do my state returns, since they are wrong?

Sorry no ... there is no guarantee that imported information will be correct ... it is your responsibility to verify that imported info prior to filing and make corrections if needed.
