I owe an amount to the state of KY and am getting my entire OH state tax refund back since I live in KY and work in OH, and I am wondering if I can pay early?

I have an automatic withdrawal amount set up for sometime in March to pay my KY state tax that I owe, and I am wondering if I can pay my KY state prior to that day, for example, once I get my OH state refund. Thanks!

If you set up an automatic withdrawal, don't pay early. It's not likely for KY to realize your prepayment and stop the withdrawal. Sure, you could probably get the excess back or maybe even call them and stop it- but none of that is likely to be easy to accomplish.

Just don't spend the money! Automatic withdrawals are not usually reversible.
