i owe 200 on fed return. refund 900 0n state. i chose .the option .to pay fed through my bank. why, when i'm ready to e-file, my total refund is 600? am i paying twice?? i need this explained before I file. also why is there NO WAY to call someone

What you are see is the TurboTax way to show your Net Refund.  It is only math of total refund minus total taxes owed.  It is no way means you will be paying the taxes owed from your tax refund or paying twice.

I assume you posted rounded amounts otherwise it would say. Refund 700 instead of 600.  At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info. You will still get the full refund and you need to pay a tax due.
