You report all your income to your Resident State of North Carolina, no matter where it was earned.

File a Non-Resident return to South Carolina and report only the income earned and any taxes paid there on your wife's income.

North Carolina gives you credit for any any paid to South Carolina, so you are not double-taxed on her income.

You have several options for how TurboTax fees are paid, which you can choose from in the FILE section (from your refund, by debit card or credit card).

Type 'injured spouse' in the Search window, and 'Jump to injured spouse'.
