I need help filing a 2010 West Virginia state tax refund?

TurboTax software for preparing a 2010 tax return is no longer available.  Check your state's tax website to see if you can print out the 2010 form to prepare by hand and mail in to the state.

It is likely beyond the Statute of Limitations to now file for an income tax refund for 2010.
