I moved from CA to NV in 2017 yet year after year TurboTax keeps CA on my tax return. How do I remove it? I definitely am not using any CA addresses.

CA keeps charging me "projected" taxes and penalties every year and I just can't figure out why T T keeps including it.

A bunch of information carries over from year to year.  You should check to see that W2 information for former California employers and investment information for California investments isn't still there.  If it persists then the only way to get rid of whatever is still carrying over from year to year may be to start a brand new tax file.
