I’m trying to file my state taxes, lived in every part year thenmoved to Ohio. While filing Ohiotaxes it won’t let me input federal income allocations it automatically

What state did you move from?  Did your work location change?

In general, when TurboTax prepopulates a box, in the OH program, you are able to click on that box and change it.
