I'm getting the following when filing CA state taxes. Any idea how to fix it. /CA-Return/CA-ReturnData/CAForm3849/PASReconciliation/TotalPAS

Please see the link below for this known problem with this form. There was a delay in releasing the form from California and TurboTax is working on an update.
